Scrutiny means your application was checked and found to have errors. It is compulsory for students to regularly check the portal for their application status.
It does not mean you will not get the scholarship in the case of a Scrutiny Remark. It is a chance for a student to correct their mistakes by uploading the correct documents.
If the clerk receives the documents correctly and error-free, then everything proceeds normally.
How to Check Scrutiny Remark on MahaDBT Portal
To check the Scrutiny Remark, log in to the Mahadbt portal. Then click on My Applied Schemes. This is where the submitted application details are displayed. There is an application ID available; you have to click on it.
You can see all the details regarding Scrutiny. If the form is free from mistakes, the Scrutiny Remarks box remains empty.
Step-by-Step Process to Solve Scrutiny of MahaDBT Form
Students should not panic when they receive their application form back. It can be corrected with the right submission of documents.
Cancel your current application because you cannot proceed without doing so. Now go to the Profile section, where the already uploaded documents are available.
Find the documents that are highlighted in the Scrutiny Remarks table. Check, verify, and upload the correct document.
This stage of uploading documents is very important. After uploading the correct documents, the student returns to the scholarship scheme and submits the application again.
The form again goes to the college clerk. The clerk checks it again, and if it is correct, the approval process proceeds. This is the effective method to resolve Scrutiny.
How to Know If Your MahaDBT Form Has Scrutiny Remarks
After submitting the application form, students make the mistake of thinking they do not need to check anything. In reality, it creates many problems due to not checking the portal regularly after submitting the form.
Students must check the portal after two to three days to know the status of their application. If there is no mistake in the form, the space for the Scrutiny Remark remains empty.
Students should pay attention to mobile messages. You receive a message when your application moves forward.
